To Give A Smile is a non-profit organization geared to reaching children and their families facing medical related needs. The organization provides an escape from a child’s day to day medical struggles while giving the families a chance to see there is still hope in this world and that someone still cares.
Each year the organization partners with area Children’s and Ronald McDonald Houses to host fun and uplifting activities to take a child’s mind off current treatment. Activities include: Toy Drives, themed dinner nights, care package deliveries, etc. Over the years, the organization has grown to having multiple chapters located across the country, bringing hope to children who are walking through a difficult season. Internationally, the organization takes medical teams all over the world to provide free health care to children in need.

Volunteer Domestically
Your hands can comfort a child that went through a surgery, your smile can lift the parents up when they’re in a place of despair and bring the hope that keeps them encouraged. You will have the opportunity to interact with children through our outreaches that include activity nights, delivering care packages and toys to children, and hosting themed dinner nights
Volunteer Internationally
Through our global outreaches we facilitate mission trips to impoverished locations where our volunteers bring the smile that lifts children and their families in unforeseen conditions, to provide medical care that saves a life. The actions of our volunteers leave an everlasting impression on all of the lives they touch, as well as their own.
